If earlier, in order to taste homemade dry wine from grapes, it was necessary to go somewhere towards the south, then with the development of agricultural technology, such grapes can be grown here. Accordingly, you can also prepare wine in your kitchen. Such culinary recipes for making wines do not contain sugar, because it is the dryness of wine that is determined by the presence of sugar. We do not add sugar from the outside, and the one that was in the berries almost completely ferments into alcohol.
Wash the grapes, remove the rotten and damaged ones. Now we are kneading them through a colander over a bucket. The resulting juice is poured into a 10-liter bottle and put in some warm corner for a few days, i.e. until the pulp from the berries rises to the top. Here we filter and drain our wine into a clean bottle. We install a water shutter. To do this, we pass a rubber hose into the lid of the bottle and lower its end into a jar of water. Here it is very important that oxygen does not enter the bottle. As soon as the juice becomes transparent, the wine is ready. Now it is bottled again and stored in the basement. If it seems to you that the wine turned out to be too dry – add sugar, for every liter of juice – 100 grams of sugar.
