Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and fry a little more.
Wash, dry and chop the greens.
Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, beat in the egg, add fried onions, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper.
Mix the minced meat well with your hands and throw it on the table several times.
Put half of the minced meat in a greased ring mold.
Now spread the boiled eggs in a circle.
Close with the second half of the minced meat.
Put the mold in preheated to 190-200 °From the oven, cover with foil and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
10-15 minutes before cooking, remove the form with the meat Easter ring from the oven and very carefully turn it over on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle the ring with oil and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes, periodically pouring meat juice.
Put the finished ring on lettuce leaves and decorate with herbs and mayonnaise.

Tip: when the Easter egg ring is baked in the oven, a lot of meat juice will start to stand out from it. This juice should be drained into a bowl and then pour it over the meat ring.
