Knead the dough from eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and flour so that it turns out cool enough and does not stick. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into noodles.

Heat the fat in a frying pan. In the hot fat, throw pieces of dough and fry until browned, stirring. With a slotted spoon, remove the fried dough and put it on a tray with paper napkins to remove excess fat.

Pour honey and sugar into a deep bowl and heat in a water or steam bath, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.

Pour fried pieces of dough, chopped nuts into the honey and mix well. Moisten your hands with water and put the mass on a plate, form it in the form of an anthill. You can lightly sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
