As you know, Baileys liqueur although very tasty, but quite expensive. But there is a recipe for Baileys liqueur, which can be used very safely at home. There are many such recipes, in various variations. My homemade baileys liqueur is made on the basis of concentrated unsweetened milk (in a tin can, like from condensed milk). And, of course, we will need a blender.

First it is better to dissolve coffee in a small amount of concentrated milk.

And then whisk everything in a blender for about five minutes.

At the end, pour in vodka and whisk again for about a minute (the speed can be reduced).

This is not much different from the purchased Baileys liqueur.

If you pour it into a "native" bottle, there is no difference at all. :)
