A very popular culinary recipe called Nevsky cake (why it is a cake, and not, say, a pie, has remained a mystery to me personally). However, this does not make the food any less delicious, so we try to cook it.
Sift the flour through a sieve in the form of a slide, add dry yeast to it. At the top of the slide, we make a recess and pour warm water into it. Knead the dough, adding gradually softened butter. Beat the egg with a whisk, add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar, put sour cream. The resulting mass is mixed with the dough, pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil. Knead well so that the resulting mass does not stick to your hands. After we put it in a warm place to approach. When the dough is ready, knead it again. After forming round buns from it, smear them with vegetable oil, put them on a baking sheet and let them stand in a warm place until the buns are slightly "swollen". Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the buns in it for about twenty-five minutes. After we let them cool down without taking them out of the oven (just open the door slightly). Then we cut each bun into two parts across and soak it very well with syrup. Then we coat it with cream and cover it with the second part of the bun. The upper part of each is poured with chocolate glaze.
Sugar syrup: boil water in a saucepan, add sugar, cook until thickened, pour in brandy. We cool it.
Cream: beat condensed milk with softened butter in a mixer.
Glaze: melt chocolate in a water bath, pour cream, knead well.
