Cold cuts, if desired, are prepared not with turkey, but, for example, with chicken. Personally, I have adjusted this culinary recipe for myself and I cook this dish with chicken, because my family does not really like turkey. This is a dish of American cuisine, very satisfying, but quite simple.
We cut each meat: pork, beef, turkey – in small pieces. Next, turn on the oven to warm up, cut the onion ourselves, chop the garlic. We take a rectangular baking sheet (preferably a glass form with high walls), coat it with butter and pour out a layer of onions. Squeeze the garlic onto the onion. Put a layer of beef, salt, put onion and garlic again. Add a layer of turkey on top, salt. Sprinkle with onion and garlic again. We put pork, salt. If there is still meat left, we continue to lay out layers, trying to make the last layer of meat. At the end, we press the meat with our hands, tamping it more tightly. Beat mayonnaise with raw eggs, add ground pepper, various spices to your taste. And carefully pour the resulting sauce over the meat so that all the layers are thoroughly soaked. You can let the form stand for some time in the refrigerator (about an hour). After baking the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. To make our food spicy, you can add olives to the sauce.
