An original combination of chicken and pineapple for lovers of delicious! Have you noticed that chicken and pineapple salads have been very popular lately. It is not surprising, because here such seemingly different products as pineapple, mayonnaise, chicken are combined, not expensive and not scarce, let's say, and the taste of such a salad turns out amazing. Many people experiment by adding everything that is in the refrigerator. So I want to offer a recipe that I came up with myself. When I cook it for some holiday, the guests are always delighted.

We take the chicken fillet. Wash it and cut it into squares. Then fry in sunflower oil until cooked. Then we take a regular loaf. With it, you need to do the same as with meat, only without butter.

When the cubes turn golden, remove from the heat and let them cool. You can, of course, buy ordinary crackers, but I would not advise it. Still, a lot of spices are added there, and we don't need them in this salad at all.

The matter remained small. The usual hard cheese is three on a fine grater. Mix everything together. As soon as you put it on the table, only then add the chopped pineapples and mayonnaise.
