Liver sausage salad

This salad is worth a try! It tastes incomparable! For the first time I tried a salad with liver sausage from my mother-in-law - she is a real master in the kitchen and a storehouse of new culinary ideas. The combination of ingredients is selected perfectly - there is nothing to complain about. Try it, you've definitely never cooked this!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Prepare the dressing so that it has time to cool and brew before assembling the salad:

Pour yogurt into the bowl. Peel the garlic, squeeze it out through a press, add it to the yogurt. Honey is melted in the microwave, also sent to yogurt, stirred. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, add salt and pepper, whisk the dressing with a whisk and put it in the refrigerator.

2. Now let's do liver sausage:

Cut the sausage into circles. Break the egg into a bowl, shake with a fork, add salt and ground black pepper, mix. Dip each piece into an egg, then breaded in breadcrumbs and fried in vegetable oil on both sides. Fried slices of liver sausage spread on a paper towel.

3. Cherry tomatoes are rinsed, cut in half. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings. Lettuce leaves are washed, dried with paper towels.

4. We spread lettuce leaves on the dish, tearing them into arbitrary pieces. Then we put onions and tomatoes, supplement the salad with slices of liver and crackers (I do crackers like this: I cut yesterday's loaf into cubes and dry it on a dry frying pan mixed with spices for 5 minutes, but you can also take ready-made crackers).

5. Pour the salad with chilled dressing and immediately serve it on the table.

Enjoy appetite!
