Terpug on the grill

A wonderful dish for meetings with friends in nature! When we get tired of kebabs, we bake fish. It turns out very tasty! Try it! Terpug is perfect for this.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Wash and clean the fish, remove the insides and gills.

2. Spread the foil on the table, put the fish on it (for each fish - a piece of foil).

3. Wash and finely chop the greens.

4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle the fish with it from all sides, and cut the lemon pulp and put it to the greens.

5. Peel the garlic cloves, chop them (you can squeeze them through a press), and add them to a bowl.

6. Rub the fish both inside and outside with salt and spices.

7. Mix the contents of the bowl and put it inside each carcass.

8. Wrap the foil well, put it on the grill.

9. Cook the fish until tender - this one will take about 20 minutes.
