Wash the meat, dry it and stuff it with garlic cloves.
Chop the remaining garlic through a garlic press.
Add paprika, Italian herbs, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, pepper to garlic. Mix the seasonings and rub them well into the meat.
Put mustard on top and rub it on all sides into the pork.
Add a little more salt to the meat.
Knead a steep dough from flour, water and salt.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts.
Roll out the dough.
Place a large-sized flatbread in a greased form with vegetable oil.
Put the pork cooked for baking.
Cover with a smaller tortilla.
Lubricate the edges of the tortillas with water and connect.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour and a half.
As soon as the dough turns golden, the meat can be removed from the oven.
