In general, pasta is a pretty boring food. But if you diversify it with meat sauce, it turns out very good.
I found this recipe in a cookbook with friends, it seemed so tempting to me that I immediately rewrote it for myself. I cooked it – and did not regret it. So, pasta with meat!
Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic and fry them in a frying pan. Only carefully, when the golden color appears, immediately add the minced meat and tomato paste. Fry all this well and pour water diluted with wine. Then transfer to a saucepan, add salt and spices, and, covered with a lid, simmer for about 25 minutes. After about 20 minutes, put the pickled mushrooms and butter in a saucepan as well. And then, when everything is ready, sprinkle the sauce with grated cheese.
Pasta with it will be simply delicious! When I first cooked this dish, my mother looked at me skeptically, but after trying it, she was delighted. And she is a pretty strict examiner for me!
