Delicious and fragrant dish Lagman came to us from the Oriental cuisine. It takes time to cook it, but after trying it once, you will love it! There are various options for its preparation, but one of the best is Lagman in Tatar. The dish is made from long noodles, lamb and vegetables.

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry it in a cauldron. After a golden crust has formed, pour the meat with broth and cook until ready.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel off the skin, grate on a fine grater. All other vegetables are cut into cubes and fried in vegetable oil (except potatoes).

To the meat (it is not ready yet), add potatoes in cubes, after vegetables, crushed garlic. Mix everything, put tomatoes, pepper and salt.

Boil the noodles separately, put them on plates, pour the sauce over them. Lagman is ready in Tatar, you can eat.
