1. Heat the oil, then carefully add it to the tomato puree (pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder). And now cook for about an hour and a half.

2. Then put the chopped bell pepper in the tomatoes and cook for half an hour.

3. Add chopped dill together with parsley and boil for another 15 minutes.

4. Put the crushed capsicum, garlic, add salt to taste (about 1 tbsp. l), bring to a boil and put in sterilized jars. Immediately roll up - the tomato seasoning is ready.
