Raspberries in their own juice for the winter

Vitamin treat made of sweet summer berries. Stock up and enjoy the winter! There is nothing tastier than raspberries in their own juice :) And how useful it is at the same time! This recipe seduces me with a small amount of sugar - eat and feel the taste of berries. It's just a pity that it ends very quickly :))

Before cooking raspberries in their own juice, the berries need to be carefully sorted - to remove small litter and insects. There is no need to wash raspberries.

Prepare small jars. We put berries and sugar in them quite tightly in layers: a couple of spoons of sugar, a layer of raspberries. And so to the top of the banks. Cover the jars with lids and leave to infuse for about 6 hours.

When time passes, we sterilize the jars (after boiling for 15 minutes), then close them with sterile lids, turn them over, wrap them in a blanket and let them cool down.

Raspberries in their own juice are ready for the winter. Bon appetit!
