The cream is very simple to prepare:

- divide the eggs into whites and yolks;

- whisk the yolks with powdered sugar white (it will take about 4 minutes);

- whisk the whites also, adding a pinch of salt, until strong peaks;

- whisk the cream with a mixer for 5-7 minutes until they thicken and acquire a creamy consistency (the cream should be well cooled!);

- put the cream, yolks and mascarpone cheese in a deep bowl, mix everything together;

- in the resulting air mass, spread the whipped whites in parts and mix, very carefully and slowly;

- leave the cream in the refrigerator for an hour (you can leave it longer).
