Put the berries in a mold, sprinkle with sugar and add brandy.
Leave for an hour.
Pour the proteins into a bowl, pour in lemon juice, beat to a thick foam, adding powdered sugar at the end.
Close the berries with proteins and put them in a preheated 250 degree oven for 4-5 minutes. 
Decorate the dish with lingonberries if desired.
Serve the meringues hot.
When heated, alcohol evaporates, leaving only the aroma. But, if this dessert is prepared for children, you do not need to add cognac.
