Soy marinade for any meat

With this marinade, the meat will get a stunning taste! I advise everyone to try marinating pork in such a marinade - it will acquire multifaceted flavors thanks to a successful combination of ingredients. Usually, after marinating, I bake the meat in foil in the oven - it turns out tender, juicy and fragrant!

Marinade from the specified amount of ingredients is enough for marinating meat weighing 1 kg. So, let's start cooking:

1. We choose a small deep container in order to mix all the ingredients.

2. We put mustard in a container, add salt and pepper.

3. We also pour dry spices for meat.

4. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press, add it to the dry mixture.

5. Pour soy sauce and sunflower oil, mix.

The marinade is ready!

The meat, first rubbed with salt, should be generously coated with marinade and kept in the refrigerator for about 10 hours, periodically turning the piece over and watering with marinade. Then you can bake the meat in any convenient way.
