Coffee with halva

Refreshing sweet drink with an original taste. Coffee with halva is a drink for a hot day. Strong coffee goes well with the nutty taste of halva and vanilla flavor of ice cream. Any sweet tooth, especially if he is a lover of oriental sweets, will be absolutely delighted. The only negative is that the drink turns out to be sweet and not very dietary, but it can be used as part of lunch or served for an afternoon snack. In any case, the drink is worth pampering yourself and cooking it from time to time.

To prepare this original drink, you can use not only sesame halva, but also peanut. Perhaps the latter gives an even brighter nutty taste to the drink. Coffee with halva turns out to be incredibly delicious, thick, velvety, very creamy and, of course, sweet in an oriental way.

Since the drink is quite high in calories, it is unlikely that it will be included in the daily summer menu. But cooking it from time to time and pampering yourself and friends (relatives) is a great option. If ice cream is replaced with milk, the drink will turn out lighter and less thick. But no less delicious! Since milk goes well with halva and coffee.

So, we proceed directly to the preparation of this cold and sweet drink. To do this, we will need a mixer. Also, you immediately need to prepare glasses in which we will serve the finished drink. Get ice cubes out of the freezer, measure out the ice cream. You can crumble the halva in advance.

Pour strong and completely cooled natural freshly brewed coffee into the blender bowl. Next, crumble the halva to the coffee, then add vanilla ice cream and a few ice cubes. You don't have to add ice. Mix everything together until smooth - for about a minute and a half. The mixture should become smooth and foamy.

Now the drink can be strained. In this case, it will be homogeneous and more "silk". If the drink is not filtered, small pieces of halva may occur in it. If this does not bother, filtering can be excluded.

Let the drink stand for 20 minutes and serve it to the table.

You can already enjoy! It's really very tasty and unusual.
