We choose a suitable container for making a drink with a volume of one liter. You can use a regular liter jar. We pour moonshine into it. Moonshine must be taken of high quality, double distilled, well purified.

Add cloves and black pepper to the moonshine. We put a whole pod of hot pepper, which must first be washed and wiped with a paper towel. We also add honey to the moonshine. Honey is best used liquid, but in the absence of a thick one, too. The main thing is not to melt it in order to preserve the maximum of useful properties. Mix everything well.

After tightly closing the container with the future pepper cap and put it in a dark place. The temperature should be at room temperature. We keep the liquid there for three days, while every day the future drink needs to be shaken well. When the specified time has passed, we leave the pepper in the same place for another two days, but we do not touch it anymore.

After two days, we filter the pepper through gauze, folded several times. The layer should be quite dense. The finished drink, the strength of which is about 35 degrees, is poured into bottles, tightly closed and stored in a dark place. Pepper is stored without losing its properties for three years.

By the way, pepper and spices can be poured with moonshine again. It will only be necessary to add honey again, but insist a little longer than the first time - a week. Then also filter through gauze and pour the finished drink into bottles, hermetically sealed.
