Smoothies are served on the table in the hot season and in winter, this drink is not seasonal. In winter, a vitamin drink can be made from frozen fruits and vegetables. Milk smoothies are also no less popular. They have a velvety taste and are also no less useful.

This recipe describes the process of making smoothies with sprouted mash and herbs. The drink is rich in vitamins and useful fiber.

1. Lettuce leaves, dill and parsley are washed under running water. Dry with paper towels. You can just leave it on the table for a while, let it dry.

2. We put the clean greens in the bowl of a blender. You do not need to cut it beforehand. Here we also add sprouted mash.

3. Peel the bananas, cut into a couple of pieces, and send them to the greens.

4. Add honey as a sweetener. The amount of mena can be adjusted to taste. But making smoothies too sweet is not recommended.

5. Pour drinking water to the prepared ingredients, grind to a homogeneous state.

Pour the drink into glasses, serve it on the table.

If you add dates to smoothies instead of honey, they need to be pre-soaked for 15 minutes. After the specified time, we extract the dates from the water, remove a thin film from them. Only after that the dates can be crushed in a blender.
