So, we start cooking apple cider by selecting whole, intact apples, thoroughly washing them in in running water, we clean, free from the core and squeeze the juice out of them with a juicer. After that, we put the juice we received in a clean glass jar and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

After this time, we carefully filter our juice to separate the pulp from it. Then we pour our drink into bottles, add an equal amount of washed and dried raisins to each, seal it well and put it in the refrigerator. That's all, our apple cider is ready, we can pour it into glasses and serve it to the table. Enjoy your appetite and your loved ones!
