Tangerines are washed, sprinkled with boiling water and cleaned. Put the peel in a glass jar and pour vodka. We send citrus peels to infuse for 4 days in a dark, cool place. We put the tangerines in a bag and send them to the refrigerator. After 3 days, we take the tangerines out of the refrigerator, cut them into small pieces, throw away the bones. We shift the pieces of tangerines into a saucepan, add star anise to them and cover with sugar. Leave the tangerines for 1 day at room temperature, stirring occasionally. After a day, add water to the tangerines, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes and let cool completely. The cooled syrup is filtered through a fine sieve or gauze and added to the crusts with vodka, which have already been infused for 4 days. We insist for another 3 days the liqueur from tangerines in a dark place. Filter the liquor into bottles, it is ready for use.

The strength of the resulting liquor is 20 degrees. It is very fragrant, it is pleasant to drink. Have a good time!
