Delicious hearty salad for weekdays and holidays. I love beans in all its manifestations, though I haven't cooked anything with it for a long time. And here I was visiting my mother and tried the unearthly delicious bean soup. And upon arrival, I immediately decided to cook something like that too. Decided - cooked. Here is such a spicy salad. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, but it somehow tastes better with sour cream.
