How to cook cloudberry jam for the winter?

1. Pick the cloudberry and rinse it under water in a sieve. Let the excess liquid drain.
2. To prepare the syrup, pour water into a saucepan and pour sugar, mix. When the crystals dissolve, boil for another five minutes.
3. Put cloudberries in the syrup and mix gently. As soon as the foam begins to form, we remove it. From the moment of boiling, cook on low heat for five minutes. Turn off the heat and let the jam cool down. Repeat the procedure three times.
4. Put the hot jam in sterilized jars, let it cool and put it in a cool storage place.
