How to cook porridge on powdered milk? In a cup, mix powdered milk with clean cold water, add sugar and salt, mix. Bring the milk mixture to a boil, turn down the heat. In a thin trickle, start pouring a measured amount of semolina from the glass, constantly stirring the mixture with a spoon so that the semolina does not turn into lumps. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon, until the semolina porridge thickens. Then turn off the heat and leave the semolina porridge under the lid for 15 minutes. If desired, you can serve semolina porridge with jam and butter.
