Cheese soup from melted cheese friendship with carrots

Light creamy soup for a quick and delicious lunch! My family and I got acquainted with this soup quite recently after visiting friends. And cheese soup immediately gained popularity among my household, especially children. I think that every family should have its own recipe for such soup. Having slightly adjusted the recipe of my friends for myself, I got a very fragrant and delicious meal for lunch. The basic rule of cheese soups is not to cook them for too long, but to eat them immediately after cooking.

To make cheese soup with carrots, you need to cook carrots, and then boil 2 liters of water or any broth. Cut the processed cheese finely (you can grate it on a coarse grater) and send it to boiling water. With constant stirring, cook the soup for a few minutes. Cut the cooked carrots into strips, and finely chop the onion and herbs. Next, carrots, onions and herbs should be poured with cheese broth, while salting and peppering it. Cheese soup with carrots is ready, pour on plates and serve with sour cream. You can add wheat crackers or any smoked products to the soup.
