Boil in salted water with bay leaf – shrimp and prepared squid. We cool them. We simply peel the shrimps, and cut the squid into medium pieces.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, and then chop them coarsely. Parsley is also washed and finely chopped.
Mix chopped greens with seafood, salt, pour cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also fill this dish with unsweetened natural yogurt or soy mayonnaise instead of cream.
We put ready-made seafood with cream in a salad bowl, decorate the top with parsley or basil leaves and serve to the table.
