    How to cook gruzdyanka - a delicious soup of salted pears? Even if they are homemade salted pears, they need washing. It is better to rinse them under the tap, and leave them in the water.

    Water can already be put on the stove, let it boil. And we will peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them. A small cube is an excellent format for a gruzdyanka.

    Is the water boiling? Pour boiling water over the potatoes. Boil it for 10 minutes. And while it is cooking, put the pan on the gas, pour oil into it. While it is warming, we will cut a medium onion.

    Peel the washed carrots and cut into small cute strips.

    Is the oil warmed up? Fry the onion until it becomes transparent, although you can bring it to a golden hue, and as soon as we cut it, add the carrot. Fry.

    Take the mushrooms out of the water and set them up.

    Add the straw of the pears, the finished onion and carrot together with the oil to the pan. Let everything boil for 10 minutes on a small flame.

    Pour the egg in a thin stream just before turning off the gas, stirring with a fork.

    At the end, we will try the soup with salt (add salt if there is a need), add greens. Do not rush to pour the gruzdyanka right away – let it stand under the lid for 5 minutes.

And more tips

If you want a more liquid consistency, get it, add more water. And vice versa – or pour off the excess water and finish crumbling the potatoes.

If the pears are too salty, you can soak them firmly in advance or not add salt to the soup. Even better – cut them into strips and soak them in this form.

Other vegetables, cereals, pasta, etc. can be added to the rest of the ingredients.

You can skip the frying, and put raw ingredients in a saucepan – it's more useful this way!

How to salt a gruzdyanka from salted pears? Be careful – do not over-salt, and therefore try the soup before salting.
