This strange food is either cookies or candy. Although I am more inclined to the fact that candy, because we do not use flour. And the culinary recipe of these candies is delicious even just to read.

Put condensed milk, butter, egg yolk and cocoa powder in a saucepan. And we mix it all well, almost beat it with a spoon. Then we put it on low heat and cook for about 12 minutes, stirring constantly, otherwise, God forbid, it will burn. In short, we cook until all this thickens and begins to lag behind the bottom of the pan, like a thick cream.

Spread the mixture on a greased surface - a sheet or dish that is at hand, and let it cool completely. Now we make small balls, perfectly round in shape. For one ball - 1 tsp of the mixture. To do this, we lubricate our hands with oil. If suddenly the mixture sticks to your hands, then wash your hands with cold water and lubricate with oil again. I warn you - this activity is quite dirty.

In a bowl, pour out chocolate chips, shavings or, if we have chocolate in the tile, then cool it to hardness and grate it on a fine grater. We scroll the balls in chocolate chips so that they are completely covered with them. And put it on a plate. If suddenly there is excess fat on the truffles, then they can be dried on paper towels
