    To prepare the soup, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Vegetables, onions, carrots and potatoes, peel and rinse in running water from dirt. For soup, you can take any part of the chicken.

    Pour cold water over the chicken, bring to a boil and boil for 30 minutes. When boiling, a foam will form, which must be removed. Then pull out the chicken and separate the meat from the bones. Return the meat to the strained broth and bring everything to a boil again. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and add them to the pan. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.

    While the potatoes are cooking in the soup, prepare the roast. To do this, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots not with a fine or medium grater.

    Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and put the chopped onions and carrots. Fry everything together for 3-4 minutes. Do not forget to stir occasionally so that the vegetables do not burn. A burnt roast can spoil the taste of the whole soup.

    Put the finished roast in a saucepan with soup. Then add the pasta. To taste, add a little salt and spices to the soup. As a spice, a little ground pepper will do. But it is better not to add bay leaf to chicken soup, as it interrupts the main flavor of chicken. Stir and boil everything together for 10 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and pour the finished soup into the prepared plates.

If you want to make soup in a light version, then use chicken breast for its preparation. And to get a more rich broth, chicken thighs or legs are perfect.
