Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 hours
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified products. Chicken fillet (2 pcs.) and eggs pre-boil and cool. Carrots in Korean can be cooked at home by yourself, you can buy ready-made. Cheese is suitable for anyone without a specific taste. A medium-sized apple, not sour, lemon to sprinkle the sliced apple. Choose ripe kiwis, with a whole skin and pulp, not over-ripe. Kiwi may need more.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the apple and wipe it dry, remove the skin. Cut the apple into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice. Kiwi peel. Finely chop one kiwi. Others are left to decorate the salad.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet. Add the garlic passed through the press, mayonnaise and mix. Add salt if necessary. Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and grate on a coarse grater. Remove the selected cheese from the package and grate it on a medium or large grater.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Take a round dish for the salad. The salad should be laid in the form of a ring, using a glass or you can do without it. I'll use a glass. Place the glass upside down on the selected dish. Put the chicken fillet mixed with garlic and mayonnaise in the first layer.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put the crushed eggs in the second layer and smear the layer with mayonnaise. Eggs can be pre-mixed with mayonnaise, then you will no longer need to smear this layer with mayonnaise.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put the slices of chopped kiwi on top of the layer with eggs.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Lay out the carrots in Korean with the next layer. If the carrot is too long, then it should be cut into smaller pieces to make it easier to stack.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Put sliced apple slices on top of the carrot layer.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put the grated cheese in the next layer and spread a layer of mayonnaise liberally.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Peel the kiwi from the skin and cut into circles. Garnish with kiwi salad cloves.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Before serving the salad on the table, it should be left for two hours for impregnation. When the salad is planned to be served, pull the glass out of it. If desired, also arrange the kiwi circles inside the ring.

This salad with kiwi I cooked for the first time. I haven't even had a chance to taste it before, I was very interested in what it tastes like. Therefore, without waiting for the specified time, I immediately started tasting. I didn't like the salad after cooking. My kiwis were sour, the apple also made itself felt very strongly. And even if you choose delicious kiwis, the salad still needs to be sent to the refrigerator for a while, at least for two hours.
The next day, the salad was much tastier, the sour taste from the fruit, which did not allow you to taste the whole salad, disappeared. Carrots in Korean were a delicious bright accent. But all the same, it seems to me that this salad is for an amateur, and I am not that amateur.
