Check-check in the pan

A simple recipe for a stunningly delicious oriental sweetness! I often buy such sweet food as check-check in stores and super-markets. Recently I thought about how to cook this delicacy at home. As in most cases, homemade food turned out to be much tastier than a store-bought analogue. If you want to try to cook a check-check yourself, use the cooking recipe.

    BON APPETIT!

So, we begin the preparation of this sweetness by kneading a steep, homogeneous dough from all of the above ingredients. Then we roll out the dough into thin flagella and cut them into small balls, which we deep-fry (that is, in oil), not forgetting to constantly, continuously stir our mass, until slightly golden. After that, boil fresh honey with granulated sugar. After that, we put the check-check prepared for us in a small slide on the dish and pour it on top with the honey-sugar syrup prepared by us. Let the mass cool down, and then serve to the table. Bon appetit!
