Soup with meatballs and canned beans

Simple, low-fat, but hearty soup made from simple ingredients. I really like such simple soups without frying, vegetable oil and excess fat. Although, if desired, carrots can be fried in a frying pan. And if desired, you can add finely chopped onions. Minced meat for meatballs is suitable for anyone, but I like lean beef most of all. Due to this, the calorie content of the dish is greatly reduced.

Soup with meatballs is a favorite first course of many people. He is very much loved by both adults and children. And very reminiscent of the taste of childhood. For example, my mother constantly cooked it as a child, and even now she sometimes cooks it. Only minced meat uses not store-bought, but homemade, from beef pulp. By the way, the cooking process can be accelerated if the meatballs are prepared in advance and then frozen.
