Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 4 hours
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Let's prepare simple products. Take jelly of all kinds of colors, there will be very colorful layers. Well, we need boiling water.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Pour the dry jelly concentrate into different plates.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

See how much water you need according to the instructions and pour a little less, so the layers will freeze better. My instructions needed 400 ml of boiling water, I poured 300 ml of water. Pour everything in and mix thoroughly until all the particles dissolve.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

It is advisable to cook jelly in layers in transparent dishes - so all layers will be visible well. I have tall transparent glasses. You need to pour the layers the same way, so it will be more beautiful later. I poured three spoons into each glass. We poured the first layer and put it in the refrigerator until it completely solidifies. There is no need to put bowls with diluted jelly in the refrigerator. It's even good for us, the jelly will cool down and each new layer will harden faster.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

When the first layer has frozen well, pour the second, a different color. It is necessary that the layers contrast. And again we put it in the refrigerator until it freezes completely. So we do this with all the diluted jelly, alternate layers. If suddenly your jelly in a bowl starts to set, you can put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds on the "defrost" mode and continue to work with it.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

As a result, I got 9 colorful layers of delicious jelly! Tastes explode in your mouth! Especially this dessert is to the liking of kids - it is very bright, delicious and can be said to be useful)

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

    Cook for health, bon appetit!

You can make the number of layers at your discretion - the more, the brighter.
