Puff pastry cake with rice and egg

Thin puff pastry, abundance of filling, incredible taste! This is without any exaggeration, kulebyak surpasses many pies! I am a lover of baking according to the formula: little dough, a lot of filling. I advise everyone to bake a kulebyaku and please their family.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

Prepare the filling for the pie:
- rice is washed, boiled in slightly salted water until ready;
- hard-boiled eggs, peeled, three on a coarse grater;
- combine both ingredients in one bowl, add salt and pepper, mix;
- melt the butter in the microwave, pour it into the rest of the ingredients. The filling is ready, it remains to mix it thoroughly.

Roll out the dough thinly, about 3-4 mm thick, giving it the shape of a rectangle. We spread the filling in the center of a rectangular layer, and cover it with one side of the dough, and along the other side of the dough we make incisions at a distance of 2 cm from each other, and also cover the pie with it.

Break the egg into a small bowl, whisk with a fork and lubricate the kulebyaku. Then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the pie until golden brown.

Eat with pleasure!
