Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

To prepare a salad, first of all prepare the necessary ingredients.
Boil the eggs. To do this, fill them with water and bring them to a boil. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and fill them with cold water so that they cool down faster.

Peel the apples and remove the core from them.

Chop the walnuts a little with a sharp knife so that they become smaller. I do not recommend using a chopper for this, since with its help they will be very much crushed and will not be felt at all in the salad.
Fry the chopped nuts in a dry frying pan until a characteristic smell appears. When roasting, constantly stir the nuts so that they do not burn. When the fire is turned off, pour the nuts onto a plate, as they will still continue to cook in a hot pan and there is a high probability that they will burn.

To prepare a salad, separate the smoked chicken meat from the bones and remove the peel.
Cut the meat into small pieces. Put the meat in the salad bowl in which you will prepare the salad.
Add apples grated on a coarse grater to the salad.
Wash cucumbers, remove tails and cut into cubes, medium size. Add the sliced cucumbers to the salad bowl.

Use hard cheese. It is more convenient to grate it
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and also add to the salad.
Add a little mayonnaise to the salad and mix. Chill the salad in the refrigerator. Before serving, put in a nice salad bowl and serve to the table.
Bon appetit!

This salad can be modified, add new ingredients each time, such as mushrooms, pineapples, corn.
Use fresh and high-quality products all the time. The shelf life of the salad is very short, so it is best to cook it directly before the feast. And it should be stored in the refrigerator.
If you want to surprise your guests, you can put the salad in portion forms, a transparent salad bowl or cream bowls.
