One glass with a capacity of 200 ml, filled to the rim (as I indicated in the recipe), contains 120 grams. Take note of this fact if you measure sugar not with a glass, but weigh it with a kitchen scale.

    So, we begin the preparation of this drink by peeling the pumpkin and cutting it into small pieces of approximately the same size.

    Now we put the prepared pumpkin in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on the stove over moderate heat.

    Cook the pumpkin until it becomes soft - pierce a few pieces with a knife with a thin blade and make sure that the pumpkin has reached the desired condition. Digest the vegetable is not worth it.
