    Step 1.

Prepare the products. Steam the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse well, dry.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Boil vegetables in a convenient way. I am comfortable in a slow cooker in the "steam" mode, carrots - 15 minutes, beets - 20-25 minutes. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes from the moment of boiling and immediately cool in cold water / so there will be no gray rim around the yolk and they will be easily cleaned /.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Rinse the fillets with cool water, dry. Remove the films and fat, cut into not very small pieces.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Then add salt to the fillet, add pepper, favorite spices, mix and let it stand for 8-10 minutes while the frying pan and oil are heated.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Fry the fillet to a light blush, it cooks quickly, 5-7 minutes, do not over-dry. The fillet should be juicy, fragrant, fully cooked. Heating is average. Let the fillet cool.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Meanwhile, grate cheese, eggs, carrots, beets on a coarse grater in separate bowls. Next, add salt to the beets, add chopped nuts and garlic, 2 tbsp.l. low-fat mayonnaise - mix. Carrots are also lightly salted, add raisins, 1.5 tbsp.l. mayonnaise - mix. Add 2st.l. of mayonnaise to the cheese and mix.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

We collect the SALAD in layers. 1st layer - fillet. It should be cut into smaller cubes. Put a grid of mayonnaise on top. Smooth everything out.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

The 2nd layer is cheese, it's just evenly distributed.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

3rd layer - eggs, smooth them out, put a grid of mayonnaise on top and carefully distribute it again.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

4th layer - carrot, distribute it evenly.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

And the 5th layer is the final one - beetroot. Distribute the beets evenly, apply mayonnaise mesh on top and smooth it out. Then cover and remove for 1.5-2 hours for impregnation in the refrigerator / can be overnight /.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Then carefully remove both rings, decorate as your heart desires and you can serve. On weekdays, you can decorate more simply, but on holidays, you can be creative and show imagination.
