Corn cob salad with chicken

Your favorite corn salad will sparkle with new colors! In the form of a corn cob, you can arrange any salad that is prepared with corn, well, or in which this corn can be added. It is not necessary to spread the salad in layers at all, if there is not much time, just mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise, put it on a plate in the shape of an ear and cover it with corn on top (only this method is suitable if you serve it right away). Apart from decorating the salad with corn, it is prepared in a matter of minutes. Regarding the decoration with corn, for the photo I laid it out almost one grain at a time, it's very tedious, so I advise you to just sprinkle corn on top and smooth it out properly, it won't turn out so neatly, but it won't affect the taste, but if you still want to be beautiful, then invite the whole family to decorate, then the process it will go faster and obviously more fun.     Ingredients. To make the salad take a minimum of time, the day before I baked a chicken breast (I needed 1 fillet for the salad) and boiled eggs. If desired, chicken fillet can be simply boiled in water.

    Layer 1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, put it on a plate and form a kachanchik of corn. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

    Layer 2. Rub the eggs on a fine grater and spread the fillet on top. Cover with mayonnaise.

    Layer 3. Onion, cut into small cubes and spread on top, because of the layer of mayonnaise, the onion is almost invisible, but it is there:) If necessary, cover with mayonnaise.

    Layer 4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and spread it on top, as if making the surface slightly convex. Cover with mayonnaise.
