Green tomato and bell pepper caviar for winter

Original recipe for true gourmets! Incredibly simple and fast! It often happens that cold weather has set in on the streets, and there is still a whole crop of green and brown tomatoes in the garden. In this case, I recommend preparing a culinary recipe for the winter called caviar from green tomatoes. Food from green and brown tomatoes can be cooked both in winter and for a change in summer.
