Tomatoes with spices - just lick your fingers! Tomatoes with cinnamon for the winter have an original spicy taste and aroma. After all, the main component of this recipe, which gives tomatoes a special piquancy, is cinnamon. And the pickle from under such tomatoes turns out especially tasty, with a hint of oriental spices, and is drunk hardly faster than tomatoes are eaten!

We choose delicious and elastic tomatoes so that they do not burst later. Preferably the "cream" variety, since they are more fleshy, small in size and easy to put in jars. But you can use other varieties.

First, tomatoes are thoroughly washed under running water to wash off all the dusty plaque. Let them dry. We choose fruits without spots, defects and any cracks.

Meanwhile, we can prepare the container for rolling. Glass jars are thoroughly washed inside and out. Sterilize them over steam. Boil the lids in a saucepan.

In each sterilized jar we put a bay leaf, a few peas of pepper and a couple of cloves. Next, we stack the tomatoes tightly to each other. If the tomatoes are large, then they can be cut in half.

Boil water and pour it into jars with tomatoes. Cover the jars with lids and let them stand for 15 minutes. Next, be careful (the cans are hot!) drain the water into a saucepan. Add salt and sugar to the water. Mix it up. put the pan on the fire and bring the contents to a boil. Cook the marinade for tomatoes for about 8-10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add 9% vinegar and remove the pan from the heat. The tomato marinade is ready.

Garlic is cleaned into slices and washed. In jars with tomatoes, put a clove of garlic and pour ground cinnamon. Then pour the tomatoes with the cooked hot marinade. Immediately roll up the jars with tomatoes with sterilized lids.

We put the jars on a hard surface with the lids down and wrap them with a warm blanket or blanket. So they stand until they cool down completely. Then the cans can be put away in a dark, cool place for storage for a year.

Successful preparations!
