Salad with crab sticks and cucumbers yogurt dressing

Colorful and juicy salad with a beautiful serving. The recipe of this well-known salad is not in vain so popular, because this dish has a lot of advantages, including ease of preparation, budget and excellent taste. As an experiment, many housewives add an apple instead of a cucumber or exclude both of these ingredients. To my taste, cucumber turns out juicier and tastiest of all. Also, the taste of the salad depends on the corn - choose juicy and sweet enough. It is better to take homemade eggs. Additionally, you can decorate the salad with herbs, cucumber, etc .

Turn off the fire, put a kitchen towel on the lid of the pan and let the rice come to readiness, then cool it. Hard-boiled eggs are boiled and cooled in cold water.

    Step 2.

We drain the juice from canned corn. My cucumber and cut into small cubes. Crab sticks are thawed and cut into thin rings - you can cut into cubes. Eggs are also cut into cubes with a knife or pass them through a special strainer. All the products for the salad are ready.

    Step 4.

Mix everything carefully and thoroughly with a spoon so that all the products mix well with each other. Salt to taste.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

The salad can be served using a salad ring - so it will look neater and more appetizing. I used a ring with a diameter of 10 centimeters. We install the ring on a plate and spread the salad slightly pressing it with a spoon so that it acquires the desired shape and does not fall apart after the ring is removed. The salad is ready, you can additionally decorate it to your liking. I used crab sticks, cucumber, corn and parsley.

Salad is very popular among housewives, which is a frequent guest at festive tables. It is prepared quickly, it always turns out delicious and satisfying.
