Herring under a fur coat with egg layers

Do not refuse guests such a dish! The salad is delicious! My in-laws were very surprised when I put on the table a "Fur coat" in such an unusual version of execution. The mother-in-law immediately praised, they say, a clever girl)) In fact, this is a very advantageous option for serving a familiar dish to everyone, so I definitely advise.

Potatoes, beets, carrots are washed, put in a saucepan, put on fire, boil until fully cooked. Then drain the water, let the vegetables cool down, then peel and grate in different bowls. Eggs are also boiled hard boiled, cooled in cold water, cleaned, separated from the yolks, also grated (only on a small one) into different saucers.

We clean the herring from the entrails and bones, also remove the skin. Clean fillet cut into small cubes. Peel the onion, chop it into cubes. My dill, cut very finely. Combine the herring with onion and dill, mix.

And now we choose small identical bowls, line them with cling film and proceed to the formation of a fur coat: put the first layer of beets, a little salt, lubricate with mayonnaise, then a layer of carrots, salt, mayonnaise, and now a layer of herring and onions, mayonnaise and a finishing layer of potatoes. We salt the layers to taste, the main thing in this case is not to overdo it, the same applies to mayonnaise: do not put too much so that the salad does not "float", everything should be in moderation.

We send the bowls to the refrigerator for about 4 hours, after which you can serve the Fur coat on the table. So, we choose a flat dish, carefully turn the bowl over on it, even more carefully remove the food film. That's how beautiful it is! But that's not all. Lubricate the surface of the beetroot with mayonnaise, decorate with grated proteins and yolks, a sprig of parsley.

Now you can serve salad on the table.
