Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 d

For brine, dissolve salt and sugar in raw cold water (you can take bottled water). Wash the cans.
Put all the spices and herbs in them, lay out the cucumbers. And pour the brine not to the top. Pour vodka on top. Cover the jars loosely with lids and put them away for 4 days in a dark place at room temperature (the main thing is not to be hot). As soon as foam appears in the jars, that is, cucumbers begin to ferment, the foam is immediately removed.
Then pour the brine into an enameled saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Sterilize the caps for rolling. Pour the cucumbers with boiling brine, roll them up, turn them upside down, wrap them up until they cool down.
Cucumbers with vodka are ready for the winter, bon appetit!
