Chocolate sour cream dessert with gelatin

    Prepare all the ingredients necessary for making desserts. Sour cream can be taken of any fat content, but the lower the fat content of sour cream, the more airy the dessert will turn out. You can also add chocolate to your liking. I like bitter chocolate in dessert, but sweet lovers can add dark or milky. Instead of gelatin, you can use agar-agar, then it is better to boil the milk for a few minutes.

    Dissolve gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Beat the estimate with sugar at medium speed for 5-7 minutes, until bubbles appear.

    Add cocoa, beat well again. Put the gelatin soaked in milk on the stove on a very low heat and heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin crystals dissolve. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the sour cream mixture and mix well again.

    Break the chocolate into small pieces, pour into sour cream and mix with a spoon. Cover the mold with cling film and pour the future dessert into it. Refrigerate for 5 hours, preferably overnight.
