Pears in lime syrup with chocolate cream sauce

Interesting dessert of pears boiled in lime syrup. The recipe for this dessert was found a long time ago on the pages of Lisa magazine. Bon appetit (it's a pity that now it has stopped being produced - there were very interesting and simple recipes). The main thing is to choose not very hard pears, but also not too soft. The Conference variety can quickly boil, so if you choose them, it is better to take the fruits harder.
