    Bring the cooled pot with apples to a boil again, which in 1-2 cases does not need to boil and cook for a long time, remove and drain, let cool in another pan.

    In a saucepan with water from apples, we pour the second portion of our apples. We put it on the stove and bring it to a boil.

    Stir our fragrant cores, lower the degree of cooking and bring to readiness for another 15 minutes.

    Drain and filter our apple concentrate from the cores into a saucepan and put sugar in it for 1 kg. apples 1.2 kg. sugar.

    In the boiling syrup, spread the apples with a slotted spoon and cook until transparent, removing the foam for 10-12 minutes.
