Sometimes there is no mood or the day outside is very cold or cloudy. Moreover, regardless of the time of year. But there is a remedy that will help to overcome longing. This is a hot chocolate drink made according to a traditional recipe. It is necessary to use high-quality Belgian chocolate for the drink.

1. We will start cooking by finely chopping dark and milk chocolate. A good option would be to use a medium or large grater. Combine the chocolate chips. By the way, you can use only one dark chocolate or exclusively milk chocolate - here you need to focus on your own taste. For example, children most often prefer a drink made of milk chocolate, as it is sweeter and without bitterness.

2. Pour the milk into a medium-sized saucepan. You can use any kind of milk - either skimmed or not. With milk of higher fat content, the drink will turn out tastier and thicker, but also more high-calorie. A saucepan for milk must be taken with a thick bottom. Put the pan on medium heat and, stirring, bring to a boil, then remove it from the heat.

3. Pour the chocolate chips into the hot milk, whisk with a blender until the chocolate completely melts. The milk-chocolate mixture should become very frothy.

4. If cognac is supposed to be used, pour it in at this stage, then whisk the mixture for another half a minute.

5. In a separate container, we shift the cream, add powdered sugar to them and whisk everything together. First at low speed, then we increase the speed of the mixer.Whisk the cream until fluffy and fluffy.

6. We pour hot chocolate into five beautiful cups. It is best to use ceramic dishes - it looks the most cozy and appropriate for such a warming drink.

7. On top of the chocolate, add the whipped cream, evenly distributing them over five cups.

Do not hesitate - we serve hot chocolate on the table.

Enjoy the delicious taste! :)
