Pasta with escarole

1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain the water.

2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into cubes, and pass the garlic through the press. 

3. Pour olive oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, send it to the fire. Fry the onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Then add the garlic gruel, cook for another 1 minute.

4. We peel the sausages, cut them into small pieces, put them in a saucepan and cook for about 4 minutes.

5. Cut the escarole into cubes, send it after the sausages, cook for 3-4 minutes, then add canned beans, pour chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Combine the previously boiled pasta with the prepared ingredients, season with fresh ground pepper and crushed sage, salt to taste.

Before serving, sprinkle each portion with grated parmesan.
