Sevryuga with horseradish

1.Pour one and a half liters of water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.Peel the carrots and onions, put them whole in boiling water, add bay leaf and pepper, as well as salt. After about 15 minutes, we put the prepared sevryuga into the broth, cook over low heat until ready, then remove from the heat, cool the fish without removing it from the broth.

2. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes as small as possible. Fry the flour until light golden brown, add butter and pour the broth, keep on low heat until slightly thickened. Three horseradish on a grater, add to the sauce, also add sour cream, bring to a boil. At this stage, add chopped chicken eggs, salt and pepper to taste, mix.

3.We clean the chilled fish from the bones, cut into pieces, put it on a serving dish not too tightly. Fill the fish with sauce. Wash the dill, dry it, cut it finely, sprinkle the surface of the dish.
